We approach every situation as if we each owned a part of the company, by taking full ownership of all projects and tasks.
Pharma and med device firms rely on our work to help make decisions that affect the health of millions of people. That’s why we sweat the details.
Without clients, SHG would not exist. While they are not always right, their needs should be prioritized and given primacy.
Communicating clearly and directly leads to swifter and better outcomes. We say what we mean, and mean what we say.
As in life, we believe that the foundation for success in business is a strong sense of morality.
To succeed, we need to be experts in our industry of healthcare data collection, as well as in our functional roles, whatever they may be.
We watch each other's backs and work together to advance our common goals.
Our organization is led by a dedicated team of healthcare market research experts with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. Collectively, we have over 100 years of experience at market research firms, data collection firms, and technology providers spanning across both qualitative and quantitative offerings. Our leadership is uniquely committed and involved with every client, every project, every step of the way – in fact, that’s one of the things that distinguishes us in the industry!
Our Daily Project Call, led by our CEO and attended each morning by our full operations and sales teams, provides a platform for our team to review in-field projects and resolve any issues in real time before they can affect project outcomes.
